​The Montana Doula Collaborative 

was formed as a first step in seeking medicaid reimbursement for doulas.  We wish to learn about Montana's doulas and how they practice in this beautiful State.  Our long term goal as a Collaborative will be supporting doulas in having sustainable careers which will benefit the childbearing population by improving birth outcomes.  If you are a doula practicing in Montana, we encourage you to fill out this survey so we can get to know you a little better.
